Each prospective tenant living in the residence, over the age of 18, must submit an application and the $20 background check fee payment per application.  An application is required for each person living at the leased residence and a non-refundable $20 application fee (to fund the background check) per person applying is required. Submitting an application does not guarantee an apartment leasing contract.

All pets are required to have proof of up-to-date vaccinations on file with the lease. 25 pounds or less. $ 250.00 non-refundable pet deposit per animal residing in the residence at any time.

You may opt to pay the $20 application fee online.

Click the PayPal button and attach a copy of the PayPal receipt to the back of each application, mailing both documents to the provided mailing address. One $20 background check receipt is required per application. Each person living in the residence, over the age of 18, must submit an application and a $20 background check receipt.

The application MUST be approved before a deposit can be accepted.

Application approval process takes 3 - 7 days.

All Residents and guests must have a parking tag. Parking Spaces are only for tenants and tenant's guest. All other unauthorized vehicles will be towed at vehicle's owner's expense. Tags are being issued at South Side Towing.
