All pets are required to have proof of up-to-date vaccinations on file with the lease. 25 pounds or less. $ 250.00 non-refundable pet deposit per animal residing in the residence at any time.
You may opt to pay the $20 application fee online.
Click the PayPal button and attach a copy of the PayPal receipt to the back of each application, mailing both documents to the provided mailing address. One $20 background check receipt per application. Each person living in the residence, over the age of 18, must submit an application and a $20 background check receipt.
The application MUST be approved before a deposit can be accepted.
Application approval process takes 2 - 5 days.
Parking Spaces are only for tenants and tenant's guest. All other un-athorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
You can purchase a temporary parking permit for the back Campus Plaza Apartments . However, only 5 spaces are available for lease.

A copy of this reciept must be placed in the front or back windshield for the vehicle to not be towed.
